The Olde Florida Room
The Olde Florida Room is a reception/meeting/dining space that is located on the mezzanine level on the south side of the arena complex. The room is designed to be multi-functional and can accommodate up to 90 people for seated dining, 75 people for schoolroom seating, 150 people for theatre style seating and 175 people for stand up reception.
Our location on I-75 midway between Naples and Fort Myers makes us a logical choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner meetings. This room has been equipped with multiple phone lines to accommodate computerized A/V needs. We have a number of buffet menus which work nicely for this space. The Hertz #1 Club
The Hertz #1 Club is available for rental by groups of 25 or more for breakfast or lunch meetings during the day or dinner functions on evenings when the arena is not booked for an event. The Hertz #1 Club is an elegant space designed to replicate the atmosphere of the historic Rod and Gun Club in Everglade City, Florida.
The Club has a circular bar and lounge area, seated dining for approximately 130 people and 25 more at the bar. The room is set up with a Salad Bar Station, a Main Buffet Station, Dessert Table, two big screen TVs with 10 additional TVs located throughout the space and an adjoining covered outdoor patio. The Club is situated on the ground floor of the arena, just off the Pro Shop Lobby entrance with easy access to parking.
Conveniently located on I-75 at exit 123, midway between Naples and Fort Myers, the Club at the arena is an ideal choice for regional business meetings, association dinners and corporate gatherings. We also are the perfect spot for alumni sports parties, graduation dinners, anniversary parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties and holiday get togethers.
